​At Golden Road, we’re proud to be a small local business inspired by the energy and charm of Idaho Springs. We started Waffle on Down with the idea of creating something fun, welcoming, and delicious - a place where people could enjoy authentic Liège waffles made to order, served hot and fresh with ice cream additions. More than anything, we wanted to create a stop that feels memorable: great food, good vibes, and a warm local feel for both residents and visitors.
